Holding depth, integration, and leadership as co-facilitator or co-creator of transformative retreat experiences and practitioner trainings.
The opportunity to step out of everyday life and into a shared field of presence, inquiry, and transformation feels deeply precious to me. Being of service in these spaces lights me up in a way few other things do.
There is something unique that happens when a group comes together in a contained space, away from routine, distractions, and roles. We listen more deeply, feel more honestly, and remember what matters more easily.
I’m drawn to retreats that value depth, care, integrity, and embodiment. Spaces where people are not only having powerful experiences, but are also supported to integrate, orient, and carry what emerges back into their lives with responsibility and grounding.
My work in retreats weaves together somatic awareness, integration, and practical discernment. Depending on the nature of your retreat, I offer two primary collaboration pathways:
For Practitioner Training & Embodied Leadership Retreats
For retreats focused on practitioner development (such as yoga, breathwork, tantra, embodiment, or other facilitation training) I offer somatic-informed business strategy and leadership development.
This work supports participants as they begin (or deepen) their transition into a personal practice or more public offering.
Common themes I teach include:
Clarifying message, offerings, positioning, and voice
Navigating visibility, leadership, and responsibility
Meeting fear, contraction, or resistance around being seen
Understanding business and marketing through an embodied, ethical lens
This is about helping practitioners orient to leadership, service, and visibility without distortion, performance, or self-betrayal.
Sessions may take the form of:
Workshops or teachings
Experiential inquiry and reflection
Group discussion and integration practices
Optional 1:1 or small-group support
For Transformational & Plant Medicine Retreats
For personal development, transformational, or plant medicine retreats, I offer somatic integration support to help participants metabolise and ground their experiences.
This work supports:
Nervous system regulation after intense experiences
Embodied processing of insight, emotion, and sensation
Meaning-making without rushing or bypassing
Integration of experiences into daily life and relationships
I approach integration with humility, respect, and care, recognising that profound experiences need space, pacing, and attunement to truly land.
My role is not to interpret or lead the experience itself, but to support participants in listening to what has already emerged and helping it find a sustainable place in their bodies and lives.
Sessions may take the form of:
Facilitating sharing circles
Small group or pair integration processes
Embodiment and journalling practices
Optional 1:1 sessions
I work collaboratively with retreat organisers and facilitators, respecting the integrity and intention of the space you are holding.
My presence is:
Grounded and relational
Trauma-aware and ethically oriented
Adaptable to the needs of the group and container
In service of depth, coherence, and integration
I’m available for:
Guest facilitation or co-facilitation in the realms of somatics, embodiment, marketing and business strategy
Integration support roles
Pre- or post-retreat integration sessions
I'm also open to co-creating retreats if there is a genuine alignment in our vision and offerings.

My unique background bridges somatic therapy, facilitation, and over 15 years of professional experience in business, marketing, and project management.
Alongside extensive training in body-based and relational therapeutic approaches, my path has been shaped by years of movement and dance, time in nature, tantra, contemplative practice, travel, and working respectfully with plant medicines.
These experiences inform how I show up in retreat spaces: With presence, discernment, and deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the power of well-held containers.
