I bring together a combination of experience that is rare in this field:
15+ years of professional experience in business, marketing, communications, and project-based strategy
A formal business degree, alongside real-world experience working with both corporate brands, not-for-profit organisations as well as many years in marketing agencies
Extensive training in a wide rage of somatic modalities, including embodied counselling, KaHuna bodywork, yoga therapy, tantra, and other relational practices
Lived experience running my own somatic and embodiment-based business, navigating visibility, income, ethics, and sustainability firsthand
Years of supporting other embodied practitioners, facilitators, founders, and leaders to grow their reach with integrity and strategic insight
This means I don’t just understand theory, I understand what actually happens when embodied work meets real-world business demands. I know where things can break down, where integrity gets tested. And I know how important it is to bring strategy, structure, and clarity without overriding the body or intuition.

My unique background bridges somatic therapy, facilitation, and practical business experience. I’ve trained extensively in body-based and relational therapeutic approaches, and I also bring 15+ years of professional experience in business and marketing.
I work across both inner and outer dimensions, supporting embodiment, and healing, while also engaging with the practical realities of communication, leadership, and structure that shape how somatic work is brought into the world.
I believe we are living in a time that calls for a different way of being and leading; one rooted in presence, responsibility, and care for both people and planet. My work exists to support this shift.
