Booking, Availability & Rates

My Embodied Counselling & Somatic Therapy sessions are available online over Zoom wherever you are based in the world.

As this work is relational and therapeutic I invite new clients to book a free 15min connection call first as a meet & greet to ensure we are a good match to working together. After the call clients generally join a 3-6 month program with bi-weekly or monthly sessions. We will agree together what suits your situation the best.

Session package rates:

  • 6x 1hr sessions: US$600

  • 12x 1hr sessions: US$1,080

*These packages include therapy sessions only, no accountability support and check ins between sessions.

If you're ready for a real deep dive, I offer a 3-month Embodied Transformation Container that combines Somatic Therapy with powerful integration practices and in-between session WhatsApp accountability support.

This is a powerful somatic and psycho-spiritual upgrade where you are held every step of the way as you deepen your embodied awareness and move towards your wildest dreams.

Practical details & inclusions:

  • Lives: 6x fortnightly Somatic Therapy Sessions (1hr sessions over Zoom)

  • Integration practices: A comprehensive follow up email after each session with notes & personalised integration practices
